How is the number of responses counted?

A response refers to any text message or web submission received by your Digital Joy account from your audience. To determine the total number of required responses, multiply the number of questions or polls by the expected number of participants for your event.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

What happens if I run out of responses?

When your account runs out of responses, Digital Joy will no longer count incoming votes for your active poll. Any responses submitted by your audience while your account’s response count is equal to 0 will be lost.

How long is a one-off plan active?

One-off Digital Joy Engage plans are fully customizable and can be tailored to your specific needs. Whether it’s a one-day or multi-day event, we have got you covered. Contact us for more information!

Can I cancel my plan?

To cancel your account, click here or contact us in live chat with your email address. Please note that account cancellation does not result in refunds, and any unused responses will be lost.
